In mid-January, ServiceU released numerous new updates and enhancements to the Form Builder.
As you know, the Form Builder is the “backbone” of TransactU and EventU that enables organizations’ staff members to create customized event registrations forms, donation forms, room set up forms and support services forms.
Now that these enhancements and updates have been live for nearly a month we would like to know, “What do YOU think?”
“Client feedback is very important to ServiceU,” said Jason Elder, client services manager. “In fact, client feedback is one of the ways we determine what portions of our product need to be updated.”

Did we mention that the ServiceU Team Members are still pretty excited about the update? Here’s what our own team members are saying about what THEY like best about the update.
• “One of the great new features is the live form preview. It makes it so simple to modify the form and see how those changes will appear, all in a matter of seconds. This streamlines the process of building a form and saves precious time for clients.”
Will Whitworth, Client Services Representative
• “My favorite new feature for the new form builder is the ability to delete questions and maintain system data. It allows great flexibility to our clients in very fluid situations.”
Sean George, Client Services Representative
• “Choosing a favorite feature in the Form Builder is difficult. There are so many great features and each one gives users an enhanced, more flexible form building experience. However, the new Agreement Question and Live Preview would probably have to be my favorite enhancements.
Using the new form builder will save users an incredible amount of time. Simply being able to quickly create and also reorder questions and answers is a great time saver.”
Kimberly Cupp, Application Expert
