Professional Services: Support from the Very Beginning

Working with a new system can be a challenging time. Having a helpful team of professionals ready to assist you is critical to your success. Our Client Services team has been renamed Professional Services and are here to do just that!
Our experienced specialist will work with you to make sure you are fully utilizing each solution. Our team will guide you and your staff through the setup process in three main areas:

Implementation - Our implementation team provides initial training for new customers or existing customers who have signed up for a new products. During your one-on-one Implementation session, they will walk you through various steps in setting up your organization's account for the specific solution you are using, from resources and workflow, to donation forms and reports.

Education and Training - Once you've completed your initial training let our education and training team further your knowledge and understanding of the system. Attend a free webinar, download helpful manuals, or schedule a custom training with our software trainer for a more personalized experience.

Client Tech Support - As you continue working with the system, you may have an occasional question or technical issue that requires assistance. Our Client support team is ready to assist you in troubleshooting and finding the best solution.
