Copy Payment / Donation Forms
Have you ever wanted to create a duplicate of one of your payment or donation forms? Now you can with the new Copy Payment Form feature. Create a new payment form by simply copying one previously set up and make the changes you need.
Enhancements to Email Notifications
Donors will now have even more help in managing their online giving with our enhanced email notifications. Courtesy email alerts will be automatically sent to the donor when a saved credit card is about to expire. Whether the card is simply saved in the donor's profile, or if it is actively being used for a recurring payment, we will help remind the individual to update their card's information before it causes any delays in their donations.
Users who set up recurring donations will also now receive a courtesty reminder before their last scheduled payment is completed. This reminder will encourage the donors to extend their recurring gift to help prevent any lapse in their giving. A final email will also be sent to the donor after the final payment to confirm the recurring schedule has ended.
