an accurate idea of your monthly price.
If you are not going to use the newsletter portion, then please do not enter a number
for subscribers.

What is a User?
A user is generally a staff user that will have a username and password to log into
the system with. This is a person that takes part in managing the system. Please
Note: We do not charge for the number of people that view your
public calendar.
What is a Resource?
A resource is generally a room, vehicle, or some other type of object that you want
to manage and conflict check. You can also enter inventory type items like chairs,
tables, etc. If you have 100 of the same type of chair, that would be 1 resource
in our system.
What is a Subscriber?
A subscriber is an e-mail address. It does not matter how many departments or groups
a person is subscribed to. We only charge you based on the number of e-mail addresses
that are in the system as subscribers. |
