EventU Pricing
EventU is affordable for organizations of all sizes because the pricing is based on usage. We offer convenient billing packages based on the number of users who will be accessing the system and the number of resources being managed by the system.
The pricing of EventU is based on units:
- What is a User?
A user is generally a staff member who will have a username and password to log into the system. This is a person who is able to create and submit events for approval and may take part in managing the system. Please Note: We do not charge for the number of people who view your public calendar.
- What is a Resource?
A resource is generally a room, vehicle, or some other type of object that you want to manage and conflict check. You can also enter inventory type items like chairs, tables, etc. For example, if you have 100 of the same type of chair, that would be 1 resource in our system.
- What is a View Only User?
A view only user is a limited access user who will have a username and password to log into the system, but these users typically only run reports and calendars.
