Do I have to retype all my event information multiple times?

No, ServiceU eliminates retyping. You enter all important details about events and specify the recurrence pattern. Then, edit individual occurrences as needed. All event information is saved for later use, even if the event is cancelled. After all the details are planned, you just need to let people know about your event.

Does it publish this information to our organization's online event calendar?

Yes! ServiceU automatically publishes all the public information to your website. No need to retype the information onto the online event calendar. Members, guests, and community members simply visit your online calendar to know what's going on.

How will I know if a room in my facility is available?

ServiceU eliminates double-bookings by checking for conflicts with the room and resources you want to use. At a glance, you can see what is available and what is not.

How do I let other staff members know what is going on?

ServiceU compiles all event information into a single system. After the event information is entered into the system, staff members can run reports that provide complete instructions on what is being used, how rooms need to be set up, which events require resources and support services (childcare, food services), and much more.

What if event information changes?

You simply enter the change, and ServiceU notifies those in the approval process who need to know. And, you can prevent last-minute changes by establishing a time frame that controls when events can be submitted, edited, or canceled. No forms to fill out, no papers to shuffle.

Will I still have a lot of forms to fill out for approvals?

No, our unique workflow approval process eliminates paperwork and phone calls by routing all requests electronically. Each user is given a unique username and password so that he/she can log in to access the status of the requested events.

Is customer support included in our annual fee?

Is there any software to load?

No, our software is web-based, which means there is no software to load or maintain. You will receive a username and password that gives you access to your event information, which is stored and backed up on our secure servers. You have the flexibility of accessing your event information anywhere with an Internet connection.

How much does ServiceU cost?

We offer convenient billing packages based on the number of users who will be accessing the system and the number of resources being managed by the system. You can choose the package that fits your needs.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Every organization is different and will have different facilities, room, and resources to be entered into the ServiceU system. We will help walk you through the process of getting set up but, ultimately, it is up to you to determine how quickly ServiceU is put into action.
