Microsoft publishes case study highlighting ServiceU’s procedures to guarantee maximum uptime
Microsoft has once again recognized ServiceU by publishing a case study highlighting the procedures we employ to maintain maximum availability of our software tools with minimal downtime.

“It is a tremendous honor that Microsoft continues to recognize ServiceU’s efforts to continually raise the bar with our best practices,”  says Tim Whitehorn, president and CEO of ServiceU. “Most importantly, we are so pleased that we offer our clients the best products available on the market today, with maximum uptime.”

This Microsoft case study outlines the procedures that ServiceU has taken to maintain high availability and its disaster recovery capabilities. By eliminating all single points of failure in our architecture, and developing procedures for patching servers, upgrading software, and implementing application changes that preserve high availability, ServiceU has achieved 99.99 percent uptime, including both planned and unplanned downtime.

“To me, this is a huge compliment because it demonstrates that ServiceU has what it takes to be online when our clients need us,” says David P. Smith, chief technology officer and chief security officer.   “And, it tells other software companies and businesses that ‘if you want a high availability system, do what ServiceU has done.’ ”
