July’s Founder Letter

Dear Friends,
This month, we introduce you to Aid Sudan, an inter-denominational, non-profit organization serving the southern Sudanese in several targeted locations in Sudan and through the United States. Aid Sudan uses TransactU to accept online donations as well as event registrations.  As with many of you, Aid Sudan needed a software solution that would meet the needs of two distinct groups of people: staff members AND patrons (volunteers, visitors, benefactors, etc.).

As you look at online giving and event registration software, it needs to be easy-to-use so that the least computer savvy member of your congregation or organization can register or donate from home. In addition, software needs to be powerful enough to deliver the demands of your busy staff. Because this is such an important factor when choosing an online tool, we’ve outlined how TransactU will provide convenience for your patrons and help your staff members work more efficiently. Be sure to check out how Aid Sudan uses TransactU to raise funds to support its mission and register participants for mission trips.

Are you headed to NACBA? If so, stop by our booth and visit. We’re in booths 313 and 412, strategically located near the dessert station. While you’re here, we can show you how your church or organization can reduce energy costs by an estimated 10-20% or more with EventU Green, the add-on to EventU that allows you to coordinate heating and air based on your event schedule. You can also learn more by visiting us online at www.EventUGreen.com.

If you can’t make it to NACBA to see the demo of EventU Green, read more about it through the awesome media coverage we’ve received on the product:

“A ChMS Match Made in Heaven: The internet takes church software capabilities to a whole new level”

As always, we truly appreciate the opportunity to do business with each of you!

Sincerely,
Tim
